At ParisaJeoul, we make sure our jewelry are of top-notch quality. We want our customers to be satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will offer you an exchange under the following restrictions and conditions:-
- All exchanges are valid for 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Returned items should be in brand new and original condition.
- We check the items for defect before packaging and shipping. But there may be unforeseen situations during the shipping which can cause defects.
- Wrong item is sent.
- Please note that the true color may differ due to screen resolutions. In this case, we do not offer an exchange.
- Please note that earrings are not available for exchange due to personal hygiene reasons.
To process an exchange, please drop us an email at [email protected]. For items with defects, please provide as much information as possible regarding the defect, such as a clear photo of the defect.
Upon approval, we will send the same item that you ordered when we receive the wrong or defected item.
We will absorb the shipping costs for replacement item. However, we will not be able to reimburse you for returned item.
For returning parcel, we highly advise you to mail it back via Registered Mail for easy tracking. We are not liable for any lost returned parcel.
If the item is no longer available for exchange, you can request for exchange of other items or stored credits for future purchase.
Please note that all items are non refundable in cash, but we can offer store credits for future purchase.
